The term ‘Best Party Banners’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner and operator of the website, Five Towns Print and Design Ltd., whose registered office is 32 Gillygate, Pontefract, England, WF8 1PQ. Our company registration number is 10897644. The term ‘you’, ‘your’ or ‘buyer’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

If you continue to browse and use this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions herein, which, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy govern our relationship with you in regards to this website. If you do not agree with anything stated within these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

The terms contained within this page relate to your rights and obligations in relation to this website and any goods purchased through the site. You may have other rights granted by law and these terms do not affect those. If there’s anything you don’t understand, then please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice - any changes made will be updated and posted to this page and will take effect immediately.

The content of the site is owned by us and is for your general information and use only, you are not allowed to use or distribute any part or content for any purpose other than for personal viewing. If necessary, we have the right to restrict, terminate or suspend anyone from viewing/using the site.

This site and the products sold through it are subject to change without notice and we also reserve the right to alter, modify or improve designs without prior notification. We will inform you of any changes to the listed products we offer prior to dispatching any affected orders.

By purchasing products through the site you are agreeing to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods, including passing your details on to our designated delivery company.

We are not obligated to fulfil your order and supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and that we have received payment in full. Your order will be deemed accepted when we dispatch the goods which form your order. We reserve the right to reject/cancel an order at any time.

The specifications, sizes, images and descriptive content published by us or contained on our site are issued only for giving an approximate idea of the goods described in them and colours shown are intended as a guide only; they do not form part of the Terms. We cannot guarantee that your computer will display the colours accurately and reflect the true colour of the products. Your products may vary slightly from those in the displayed images. Fonts and typefaces may differ slightly and occasionally there may be small variations in the layout.

It is the buyers responsibility to check on screen the spelling/text of any personalised products before completing your purchase. We do appreciate mistakes can be made when purchasing products online, especially personalised items. That is why we wait up to ONE HOUR after you complete your purchase and the order is on our order system before we commence preparation of your order. Within one HOUR of completing your order, you are welcome to contact us if you wish to cancel - as long as your request is made WITHIN one hour of completing your purchase, we will of course cancel and issue a full refund. After ONE HOUR you will not be entitled to a refund. We are unable to refund if you change your mind. Any personalised products which contain a misspelling is your responsibility and not that of Best Party Banners. We are unable to amend any personalised product orders after the ONE HOUR in which you completed your purchase. We do not proof read or check personalisations due to automated systems that are in place on the website.

The size of banners is given as 762 x 297mm and due to sizing and guillotining of paper for printing, this may differ slightly, by 2.5mm to 5mm.

When uploading photos, we recommend high resolution photos of at least 500kb to ensure good quality print is achieved. It is down to the buyer to ensure they upload a good quality image/photo. If an image smaller than 500kb is uploaded we believe that you are aware that when the image is printed, it may not be at its sharpest and may be pixelated. We will however go ahead and prepare and print your order for dispatch.

Reprints are at our discretion. We will not reprint an order that has been fulfilled to your requirements. We will endeavour to fulfil your requirements wherever possible.

If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt.

If your banners arrive damaged, we will endeavour to put this right with a reprint. We will only reprint the original file and design chosen and we will not accept different details/files for a reprint. Banner prints are personalised and made to order items and do NOT comply with general returns policies. We will only ever reprint faulty/damaged prints at no extra cost to the customer, no other reprint will be issued, We will only refund a damaged print, where the celebration date has passed, or we believe we cannot re-deliver in time for the celebrations. If you destroy the faulty/damaged banners and send us photographic evidence that the original banners have been destroyed. Personalised items again, do not comply with general returns policies, and as they are made to order items, destroying/recycling damaged items saves unnecessary hassle and the inconvenience of returning damaged banners for a refund.

All prices are the responsibility of us and prices are subject to change without prior notification. Any such changes will be effective immediately on publication to the site. All prices include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

We offer Second Class Royal Mail FREE DELIVERY on all orders. Royal Mail 2nd Class FREE DELIVERY does not provide full tracking. We also offer an upgrade to First Class Royal Mail for a small additional fee, and for those urgent orders that require NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY an upgrade is offered via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and requires an additional postage charge of £6.99 to cover postage.

Delivery Exceptions:
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee next working day to the following Scottish postcode areas: AB30-39, AB41-45, AB51-56, HS1-9, IV21-28, IV40-49, IV51-56, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-15, KW16-17, PA20, PA28-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH15-26, PH30-40, PH41-50, ZE1-3 Delivery to these postcode areas can take between 2-3 days when selecting the NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY SERVICE.

Royal Mail Second Class (Free Postage), and the chargeable upgrades to Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed are the ONLY services we currently provide - we cannot offer alternative services.

We currently only offer postal services within the UK.

It is our aim to dispatch all orders received up to 2pm on Mondays to Fridays the same working day. Orders received after the 2pm cut off time on Mondays to Fridays will be dispatched next working day. Orders Placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be prepared over the weekend and dispatched the next working day. (i.e, orders placed on a Saturday will be posted the following Monday (Unless this falls on a Bank Holiday, then it will be posted the next working day). We reserve the right to withdraw this service at any time or change it in any way we require without prior notice. Our working office hours are Monday to Friday (Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not included as working days).

The FREE DELIVERY postal service is provided by Royal Mail - Royal Mail claim to deliver Second Class items within 2-3 working days however this is not a guaranteed delivery timescale.  Royal Mail claim to aim to deliver First Class items next working day, again this is not a guaranteed delivery timescale. The Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm service is a guaranteed delivery service (Mon-Fri only), however there are delivery exceptions for certain postcodes.

We do not have control over the service Royal Mail provide - although, of course, we are available to assist if items have still not arrived soon after the estimated delivery dates.

Estimated delivery dates and times are for the mainland UK, offshore deliveries are subject to longer shipping times.

We print address labels from those details provided by you the customer on the order - please ensure these details are correct at the time of purchase as we cannot change the delivery address once the purchase has completed.

We can deliver to BFPO addresses, as long as the delivery address has a UK postcode.

We currently use Royal Mail as our courier and reserve the right to change this without prior notice. We cannot be held responsible for the actions of our couriers and any delays that are incurred due to their actions. Should an order arrive later than expected due to delays incurred by our designated couriers, we will not refund the order. It is up to the customer to allow for potential delays when ordering. We also recommend ordering with plenty of time to spare to avoid any disappointment.

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to addresses outside of the UK. You may place an order from outside the UK but the order must have a UK delivery address.

Please note that the dispatch date is the day we process and print your order ready for dispatch, NOT the day it will be delivered.

Exact delivery dates and times are not provided, we cannot and do not guarantee delivery dates or times.

If a parcel is deemed lost then our policy is to reprint the order not refund it. Our couriers deem a parcel lost after 14 working days.

Deliveries are dispatched using a 3rd party courier.

Once the item has been marked dispatched/left our premises, the delivery address cannot be changed. If you are not in when the item is delivered, then our products conveniently fit through your letterbox. Reprints can only be redelivered to the original order delivery address.

If the item is returned to us due to an incorrect address being given when ordering (undeliverable), and requires redelivery, we would require a further payment of £1.60 made direct to our bank account, or Paypal, to cover redelivery costs.

We will hold undeliverable orders for a reasonable time (at least 1 months) to give customers time to contact us. However, if we have had no contact to re-despatch, after this time frame we will dispose of the banners. No refund will be issued.

All copyright existing in our designs, text, graphics, photographs and products, and in the content of the site, is the property of us, or has been licensed to us. Designs and content where a third party has been credited with copyright will remain the property of the third party with all rights reserved.

The rights and ownership to the customer IP will remain yours, or the person who gave you permission to use the IP. By your use of the site and agreement to the terms, you agree that you are the copyright owner, or that you have written permission from the copyright owner, for any images/photos you supply to us for reprint. It is your responsibility to ensure that you obtain permission from the copyright owner - we will not accept any liability whatsoever if any customer infringes on third party copyright.

We have the right to refuse any image(s) that we feel we are unable to reprint for legal reasons. We will not use any images you supply for resale. We may want to take quality photos from orders and we reserve the right to display your order via our website and/or social media for advertising and promotional purposes.

Whilst we have taken all necessary steps to try and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on the site, we give no warranty or guarantee, and make no representation regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the content of the information and material found or offered on the site. Furthermore, no warranty is given that the site shall be available on an uninterrupted basis, and no liability can be accepted in respect of losses, damages or injuries arising out of such unavailability. By using the site, you acknowledge that such information and materials on the site may contain inaccuracies or errors and we exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. It shall be your responsibility to ensure products, services and information available on or contained in the site meets with your requirements. Your use of any information on the site is entirely as your own risk, we shall not be liable.

Best Party Banners’ liability for any claim, regardless of how it becomes apparent, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the buyer
